Das Deutsch-Österreichische W3C-Büro freut sich, ein neues Mitglied in den Reihen des World Wide Web Consortiums begrüßen zu können. Die data2type GmbH [link auf http://www.data2type.de] mit Sitz in Heidelberg wurde 2005 von Manuel Montero gegründet und ist als Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt XML und angrenzenden Technologien tätig. Als Spezialist für alle Fragen aus diesem Bereich entwickelt das Unternehmen branchenübergreifende XML-Lösungen. Dabei setzt data2type auf standardisierte Sprachen wie beispielsweise XSLT, XSL-FO und XML-Schema.

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as well as the worldwide HTML5 community hugely benefits from these start-ups and their developers.
This year the W3C German-Austrian office provides the W3C Day in the context of HTML5. Michael (Mike) Smith as responsible W3C team member for HTML5 will be in Berlin as speaker and contact person. You’ll hear about the latest developments in HTML5, related technologies and all about the current thinking behind HTML. W3C wants to create a platform for the key players in the web-industry to showcase their current HTML5 developments, share ideas and discuss requirements . We are keen on hearing your opinions about what to do and what not to do now and in the years to come.
